Let us inform you the gas leak on the pipeline Kiskundorozsma – Algyő is repaired and the normal transmission mode is reset.
During the repair the delivery tasks was fulfilled and the works did not cause gas shortage at consumers.

FGSZ Ltd. hereby informs the System users that the capacity auction launched for network point ‘Austrian–Hungarian border entry point from Baumgarten’ (Network code: KAM
OSONM1IIN), for September of the 2011-2012 gas year and held between 9:00 and 10:00 am 12 August 2011 proved to be valid and successful.

One of the most significant gas industrial objects of FGSZ Ltd., the eastern gate guard of the Hungarian gas transmission system has been named after the person who had supervised its construction.

FGSZ Ltd. hereby informs the System users that the capacity auction launched for network point ‘Austrian–Hungarian border entry point from Baumgarten’ (Network code: KAMOSONM1IIN), for July of the 2011-2012 gas year and held between 9:00 and 10:00 am 10 June 2011 proved to be valid and successful. 

FGSZ Ltd. hereby informs it’s System Users that following  the capacity auction for 2011-2012 gas year on the network point „Osztrák-magyar határbetáplálási pont Baumgarten felől” – network code: KAMOSONM1IIN – held on 13th May, 2011 and after the completion of processing of capacity demands submittesd according to the 8.4.3.1.5 (a) paragraph of the ÜKSZ, FGSZ Zrt has finished the procedure of the non-interruptable yearly capacity allocation for 2011-2012 gas year. Our company had not discovered any further congestion. Consequently, a further capacity auction for non-interruptable capacity for the 2011-2012 gas year is not going to be announced.

Please, be informed that for the „Osztrák-magyar határ betáplálási pont Baumgarten felől” network point (network code KAMOSONM1IIN) we have experienced capacity oversubscription for the free capacity for the 2011/12 gas years remaining after the capacity demands and the capacities allocated on the basis of regulation NFM 13/2011 and after the separation of 10% of the physical capacity according to 70/A § 1. point of the GET coming into force on 1 July 2011.

Hereby we are informing the System Users that

1) the Government Decree No. 54/2011. (IV) has amended the Government Decree No. 19/2009. (I. 30.) on the implementation of certain provisions of the Natural Gas Supply Act XL of 2008, and
2) the Decree 13/2011. (IV. 7.) NFM (Ministry of National Development) has taken measures concerning the degree, sale and supply of the security stockpile of natural gas.

The pipeline jointly implemented by the Hungarian FGSZ Földgázszállító Zrt. and the Romanian Transgaz S.A. makes natural gas transmission possible between the two countries. Connecting the pipeline systems of two neighbouring EU member states subservices higher market integration, competition and increases the security of energy supply in the region.

FGSZ Ltd. hereby informs the Respected System Users, that the Governmental regulation No. 209/2010 (VI.30) modifying the Governmental regulation (Get. Vhr.) No. 19/2009 (I.30.) on execution of the provisions of the Act XL. from year 2008. about the Natural Gas Supply was published in the issue No. 110 of the Hungarian Bulletin on 30th June, 2010.
