FGSZ and GTSOU will jointly offer capacities for the HU>UA and UA>HU directions for the usage period beginning October 1, 2026, in accordance with the relevant EU regulations.

GTSOU has announced that, pursuant to NEURC Decision No. 939 dated June 23, 2026, a network user to whom bundled capacity has been allocated is entitled to transfer the right to submit nominations and renominations for that allocated capacity to another network user on the Ukrainian side. The capacity fee must be paid by the network user to whom the capacity was originally allocated.
